OUR MATERIALS
We understand that the use of fur can evoke different views and emotions. Our approach is to work with this material consciously and respectfully, with the intention of creating pieces that last—items that are not disposable, but enduring.
The fur used in our products comes from responsible sources in Finland, at latitude 62°. Only carefully selected materials are used, chosen for their long lifespan, natural beauty, and lasting durability.
PRODUCTION
Small-scale production, craftsmanship, and the mindful use of materials are essential parts of our responsible approach. Many of our products are created from fur pieces that would no longer be used in the making of coats or vests—giving valuable material a new purpose.
At Nordelle Fur, our goal is not fast fashion, but timeless style that unites natural materials, Nordic calm, and carefully crafted handiwork.
CARE
Fur requires occasional gentle care to maintain its beautiful appearance and soft, fluffy texture. We recommend keeping your item in a dry, well-ventilated environment and avoiding prolonged moisture. When storing, make sure the product is not under constant pressure, as this may cause deformation.
If needed, you may lightly mist the fur with water and then gently comb or brush it with a fur comb. With proper care and storage, your fur will remain beautiful and wearable for many years.
